These terms and conditions of use (the “Terms”) govern your use of our online interfaces and properties (e.g., websites) and your interactions with us and our services (collectively, the “Site”). Please read these Terms carefully before using this Site. The Site is owned or controlled by C.N.G Detailing (“C.N.G Detailing”). By accessing this Site in any way, including, without limitation, browsing this Site, using any information, and/or submitting information to C.N.G Detailing, you agree to and are bound by the terms, conditions, policies, and notices contained in the Terms. From time to time, we may update this Site and these Terms. Your use of this Site after we post any changes to these Terms constitutes your agreement to those changes. This Site is offered and available to users who are at least 18 years or older (or over the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Site.

Binding Arbitration

These Terms provide that all disputes, controversies, or claims arising between you and C.N.G Detailing will be resolved by BINDING AND FINAL ARBITRATION. ACCORDINGLY, YOU AGREE TO GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT (INCLUDING IN A CLASS ACTION PROCEEDING) to assert or defend your rights (except for matters that may be taken to small claims court or as it relates to provisional or injunctive relief). Your rights will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR and NOT a judge or jury, and your claims cannot be brought as a class action. Please review the Section below entitled Arbitration Agreement for the details regarding your agreement to arbitrate any and all disputes with C.N.G Detailing.

Please also consult our Privacy Policy for a description of our privacy practices and policies. Our Privacy Policy is a part of these Terms, and you agree to our use and disclosure of the information we collect about you as described herein and in our Privacy Policy.

Ownership of the Site

Content on this Site that is provided by C.N.G Detailing or its licensors, including certain graphics, photographs, images, screen shots, text, digitally downloadable files, trademarks, logos, product and program names, slogans, and the compilation of the foregoing (“C.N.G Detailing Content”) is the property of C.N.G Detailing and its licensors. You agree not to download, display, or use any C.N.G Detailing Content located on the Site for use in any publications, in public performances, on websites other than this Site for any other commercial purpose, in connection with products or services that are not those of C.N.G Detailing, in any other manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers, that disparages or discredits C.N.G Detailing and/or its licensors, that dilutes the strength of C.N.G Detailing’s or its licensor’s property, or that otherwise infringes C.N.G Detailing’s or its licensors’ intellectual property rights. You may not use any scraper, crawler, spider, robot or other automated means of any kind to access or copy data on the Site, deep-link to any feature or content on the Site, bypass our robot exclusion headers or other measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. C.N.G Detailing will investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations. You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Site or any activity being conducted on this Site.

Accounts; Passwords

If a particular feature or service offered on the Site requires you to open an account, you must complete the specified registration process by providing us with current, complete, and accurate information as requested by the applicable online registration form. It is your responsibility to maintain the currency, completeness, and accuracy of your registration data and any loss caused by your failure to do so is your responsibility. After you have fully completed the registration form, you may be asked to choose a password and a user name. It is entirely your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account. Additionally, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You further agree not to email, post, or otherwise disseminate any user ID, password, or other information which provides you access to the Site. C.N.G Detailing is not liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.

Typographical Errors and Incorrect Pricing

In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product/services listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit or debit card charged. If your credit or debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit or debit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Service Order Acceptance

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for services for any reason. See our Service Agreement below for more details. Your account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at our sole discretion.

Online Payments; Credit Cards

You can purchase products and/or services on the Site. We accept credit and debit cards issued by U.S. banks. If a credit card account is being used for a transaction, C.N.G Detailing may obtain preapproval for an amount up to the amount of the payment. If you want to designate a different credit card or if there is a change in your credit card, you must contact C.N.G Detailing immediately. This may temporarily delay your ability to make online payments while we verify your new payment information. You represent and warrant that if you are making online payments that: (a) any credit card, debit card and bank account information you supply is true, correct and complete; (b) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit/debit card company or bank; (c) you will pay the charges incurred by you in the amounts posted, including any applicable taxes; and (d) you are the person in whose name the card was issued and you are authorized to make a purchase or other transaction with the relevant credit card and credit card information.

Therefore, references to mobile application-related terms and conditions, including wireless mobile data service, Internet access, and App usage do not apply to C.N.G Detailing.

Arbitration Agreement

By using this Site, you agree that C.N.G Detailing, at its sole discretion, may require you to submit any disputes arising from the use of this Site or these Terms, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association’s rules for arbitration of consumer-related disputes in Oregon, before a single arbitrator located in the state. You agree that, by entering into these Terms, you and C.N.G Detailing are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. These Terms evidence a transaction or website in interstate commerce, and thus the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. This arbitration provision will survive termination of these Terms.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, excluding its conflicts of law rules, and the United States of America. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this Site shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Oregon, and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms (and the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and C.N.G Detailing relating to the subject matter herein. You may not assign these Terms or any rights or obligations herein without the prior written consent of C.N.G Detailing, and any attempted assignment in violation of the foregoing will be null and void. C.N.G Detailing may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time in its sole discretion.

Cancellation

In your busy life, we understand that unforeseen events can arise. So, if it becomes necessary to cancel or skip your scheduled service with C.N.G Detailing, we kindly request a notice of at least two business days. Failure to provide such notice, or inability for us to access your residence or vehicle, will result in a charge for the full price of your detailing service. All future services will remain unaffected.

Changes to your schedule or service cannot be made through detailers. Please contact C.N.G Detailing directly for any schedule adjustments.

Termination of maintenance services must be communicated via phone or email.

Maintenance services are offered at a discounted rate to customers of C.N.G Detailing. Should you decide to cancel your membership after only one service, one time detailing charges will apply.

Vehicle Sizing and Pricing

Our detailing prices are based on standard sedan vehicles. For larger vehicles, a size upgrade fee applies to ensure we maintain the same high level of service across all vehicle types:

• Compact and Sedans: Base price.
• Small SUVs, Crossovers, and Mid-size Trucks: $25 additional fee
• Large SUVs, Full-size Trucks, and Vans: $50 additional fee
• Extra-large Vehicles (such as extended vans or oversized trucks): Pricing will be determined based on size and condition.

Additionally, a prior inspection may be conducted to assess whether the vehicle requires extra cleaning due to excessive dirt, grime, or buildup. If necessary, additional charges may apply, and we will inform you before proceeding.

Please let us know your vehicle type when booking, and we’ll ensure the appropriate service and pricing are applied.

4. Detailing Service:

• Our team will proceed with the agreed-upon detailing services, which may include exterior washing, waxing, interior deep-cleaning, paint correction, and application of protective coatings. We use high-quality products and advanced techniques to ensure exceptional results.

5. Quality Check:

• After completing the detailing process, we’ll conduct a final inspection to ensure that every detail meets our high standards. We’ll address any remaining issues and make sure you’re fully satisfied with the outcome.

6. Payment and Follow-Up:

• Once you’re pleased with our work, we’ll process your payment. We accept various payment methods for your convenience. We also offer follow-up to ensure your continued satisfaction and to address any questions or feedback you may have.

7. Ongoing Support:

Access

At C.N.G Detailing, we prioritize the security and convenience of accessing your vehicle. Here’s how we handle access to ensure a smooth and secure detailing experience:

1. If Present:

• If you have chosen an on-site detailing service (e.g., at your home or workplace), you can either provide access directly by meeting our team at the scheduled time or by leaving the vehicle in a designated location. Please ensure that the vehicle is accessible and that we have clear instructions on how to reach it.

2. If Not Present:

• At the the time of service you can hand over the keys to your vehicle directly to our team. If you are not present during the service, please make arrangements to securely leave the keys in a safe place, such as a lockbox or a designated drop-off point.

3. Security Measures:

• We take vehicle security very seriously. Our team is trained to handle your vehicle with the utmost care, and we implement stringent security measures to ensure that your vehicle remains safe throughout the detailing process.

4. Contact and Coordination:

• If there are any specific instructions or access details we need to be aware of, please communicate them during the booking process or reach out to us ahead of time. We are happy to accommodate any special arrangements to ensure a smooth service.

Payment

C.N.G Detailing accepts credit cards, debit cards, cash, or other electronic payment methods such as: Cash App, PayPal, and Venmo, and Zelle.

Full payment is due at the time of your detailing service.

Scheduling

Maintenance services are scheduled according to the last service completed and/or priorities discussed for each member’s customized detailing plan. One time detailing services are scheduled in standard time blocks. Every effort will be made to complete your service within the allocated time. Please allow for at least one initial pro interior, exterior or full detail to establish and refine your ongoing maintenance requirements.

While we aim to assign the same detailing staff for consistency, this cannot be guaranteed. In cases of vacation, illness, or staff changes, C.N.G Detailing may assign replacement detailers.

If, due to your vehicle’s unique characteristics, our detailers are unable to complete the service within the agreed time, we may contact you for authorization to extend the detailing duration. Any additional costs will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.

Arrival Windows

At C.N.G Detailing, we value your time and strive to provide a convenient, reliable service. To accommodate your schedule, we operate within flexible arrival windows, ensuring our team has sufficient time to deliver the high-quality detailing you expect.

• When you book a detailing appointment, we’ll provide you with an estimated arrival window (typically 15 minutes to 1 hour). This allows our team to account for travel time, traffic, and any unforeseen circumstances, while still giving you a clear expectation of when we’ll arrive

Detailing Time (Service Hours)

Our detailers work in teams of one or two individuals. When multiple staff members are assigned, the quoted service hours are adjusted accordingly. For example, if your service was estimated at two and a half hours and two detailers are assigned, the total service time would be five hours.

Holiday

Should your scheduled service coincide with a holiday observed by C.N.G Detailing, we will contact you to reschedule your service.
