How do I schedule a detail appointment?

You can schedule a detail appointment by selecting your desired detailing package effortlessly through our online booking system, via phone, or by email. You'll receive a confirmation with all the details you need instantly.

Are you guys licensed and insured?

Yes, C.N.G is licensed, insured, and all of our pros have 5+ years of experience are thoroughly trained.

Do you need water or power access?

Yes, we do need access to a water source and electrical outlet to perform the most effective detailing service and to power our specialized detailing equipment.

How does the vehicle sizing and pricing work?

Our detailing prices are based on standard sedan vehicles. For larger vehicles, a size upgrade fee applies to ensure we maintain the same high level of service across all vehicle types:

• Compact and Sedans: Base price.

• Small SUVs, Crossovers, and Mid-size Trucks: $25 additional fee.

• Large SUVs, Full-size Trucks, and Vans: $50 additional fee.

• Extra-large Vehicles (such as extended vans, oversized trucks, or limousine): $100 additional fee.

Additionally, a prior inspection may be conducted to assess whether the vehicle requires extra cleaning due to excessive dirt, grime, or buildup. If necessary, additional charges may apply, and we will inform you before proceeding.

Please let us know your vehicle type when booking, and we’ll ensure the appropriate service and pricing are applied.

How do you access my vehicle?

If Present:

You can either provide access directly by meeting our team at the scheduled time or by leaving the vehicle in a designated location. Please ensure that the vehicle is accessible and that we have clear instructions on how to reach it.

If Not Present:

At the the time of service you can hand over the keys to your vehicle directly to our team. If you are not present during after the service is completed, please make arrangements to securely leave the keys in a safe place, such as a lockbox, trusted neighbor or a designated drop-off point.

3. Security Measures:

• We take vehicle security very seriously. Our team is trained to handle your vehicle with the utmost care, and we implement stringent security measures to ensure that your vehicle remains safe throughout the detailing process.

4. Contact and Coordination:

• If there are any specific instructions or access details we need to be aware of, please communicate them during the booking process or reach out to us ahead of time. We are happy to accommodate any special arrangements to ensure a smooth service.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes, we currently offer a 10% discount on all interior & exterior detailing packages and a 20% discount for all full detailing packages.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, or other electronic payment methods such as CashApp, PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. Payment is due at the time of service.

What is the difference between classic and a pro detailing?

A classic detail typically includes standardized detailing features such as vacuuming or car washing, while a pro detail includes more extensive services such as shampooing carpets & seats to polishing & waxing your vehicles exterior.

How long does a typical car detailing service take?

The duration of a car detailing service at C.N.G Detailing typically ranges from 2 to 6 hours, depending on the service, size, and condition of the vehicle.
